Loud banging sound during spin cycle.

Washer works good except when spinning up in the spin cycle, makes a loud banging noise. Lasts for a couple of seconds but it sounds like the tub is beating against the side. Had Geek squad come out. Check machine for level and ran tests which had no faults.
For best performance, we recommend installing your washer on a solid floor. To minimize vibration and/or unbalanced loads, wood floors may need to be reinforced.

Washer will not drain, displays SC error code, nothing in the drain filter, and it has to be repaired. I'm now shelling out more money to fix a new machine we bought to replace another one that did the exact same thing. Oh, and the Best Buy member protection plan means I'll have to pay $79.99 and wait 10!days for the earliest appointment. Samsung washers suck, and so does the Best Buy member protection plan.
