Never could get balanced.

I dont know if is the product or just the front end loading design but this washer was leveled and still jumped around my laundry room. Everything I tried to do to level the washer did not work. Ordered and replaced with a top end loading washer, its great.

Broke after only two years!

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this dryer barely 2 years and all of a sudden the drum starts banging around during the spin cycle and then it stops, I go to check it out and it appears the drum broke and fell or the bearings broke. I’m told repairing it would be more than just replacing it! I paid $1600 for it, I feel so cheated, so I guess I have to but a whole new one but never again Samsung!

Smelly washer

It doesn't matter if you take clothing out immediately and clean the inside of washer and keep the door open. The smell never goes away even if you run the clean cycle immediately after wash or within the hour of washing.

Samsug will not replace it, they will only have it repaired. Tech said it requires total tear down and weeks to get parts! Best Buy will not help because its over the two weeks return period and I didn’t buy the protection plan. 1 month is all I got and I'm just so frustrated! A washer should last longer than a month, dont buy!!
