Needs replaced after less than 3 years.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have owned this washer for just under 3 years and this week (right before Christmas) it broke. We have had 3 appliance repair places tell us it's not worth fixing, better to just buy a new machine and 1 flat-out said they won't even bother trying to fix Samsung Appliances. What a huge waste of money for us, and absolutely ridiculous that it didn't even work for 3 years. When it worked, it was a fantastic washing machine. I am so disappointed and will not recommend Samsung appliances to anyone.
