So far this washer has been great and it's surprisingly quiet.

We had a Samsung top loading washer for 5 years but we got tired of it banging during the spin cycle when the load was unbalanced so we got this one. The old washer was perfect except for the spin cycle issues. It also uses much less water and is much faster than our old washer. A small issue is that the glass door is dark tinted and there are no lights inside so it's impossible to see through the door unless you shine a flashlight. Also, I would have liked to get a full manual with the washer. It's nice you can access the washer through WiFi on the phone app but besides the end of cycle notifications it's just a gimmick we may never fully use.

We love this washer! It is so quiet, and we love the range/control of cycle options. We use the Smart Control, and notifications constantly. Great for setting up cycles to run at off peak hours. The color is brilliant, with out standing out too much. We bought the pair and couldn’t be happier!

Works great and saves water, time and energy costs! Easy to load and unload and much quieter than my old top loader. My only complaint is that I wish it was possible to switch the door hinge to open the other way, like on the same model upright dryer. Make sure you are going to be happy with the direction the door opens and that it won't hit anything.

It’s quiet. Period. Remember to periodically drain the water at left bottom corner. Otherwise, you may think the machine has stop working properly because it seems do not spin the water away because you will see water puddle when you take the cloths out after it finished.
