Its a washer pretending to be more

You can't really control the washer from the SmartThings app, you can't control the washer from outside your home network. With it being front loading, and stackable, the placement of the drain could have been better. So far I've had no issues with actually washing clothes so it seems to do the one thing its made for well... however its new so appliances working well when brand new SHOULD be the norm. You have to power down the machine to do anything, can't really wash a small load, and need to be mindful of the area surrounding the door - its obvious it will collect socks and other small clothing.

We have used various European washer/dryers over the last few decades and have finally settled for Samsung Washer/Dryer machines. In my opinion, these are a perfect balance between, performance, price, function and looks. This particular model is no exception and performs as it should i.e. flawlessly.

I've had for a couple of months now and it cleans well. Just have to get use to touching the selections vs pressing the selections because its a touch pad and not buttons ಥ_ಥ Oh and reviews do not allow Emojis ⚆_⚆ So have some emoticons ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ (⌐■_■)

Everyone told me to never get a Samsung, but we've been using this almost daily for 2 years and it has had zero problems. DONT FORGET TO REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS BEFORE YOU USE IT.

A couple years down the road and they still work like new and they was 5 kids worth of clothes and blankets and my work clothes. Fantastic!!!
