So far so great! Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

This Samsung front load washer is efficient. Nice color ,size is good. Not to big. Noisy a bit but tolerable. Most of the washers are like that. Great investment.

I love the Samsung products; because the top loader that I preferred was on back order for an unknown time, I basically had to select the front loader to match the Samsung drier brand and color. While this machine washes great, the spin cycle is loud and noisy. I much prefer the top loader.

I love this machine ive had it over 6 months now and no complains! I love the color and its actually bigger inside then it looks! USE GAIN PODS FOR SCENT!

It is up to what I expected: not noisy, efficient and fast washing. It is spacious and easy to chose the washing program. A minor detail is that it has no light. It's performance is excellent so far for the value.

Took a little to get used to. Being able to hold bulk liquid detergent and fabric softener. Very convenient and power savor only using 110v and not having to vent to the outside, great little unit

Ok so annoying is the best way to describe this washer. It works so that’s cool. But it is soooo sensitive! In my old house it worked because it was behind a baby gate and I had my units stacked so I never had the need to reach over it while it was in use but now I have shelving above and you cannot reach to get anything because if you touch it in the SLIGHTEST bit it will shut off while it’s washing and you can’t just start it back up where it stopped!!! You have to restart the wash every time losing the soap with it. My boyfriend and I each have done it several times by accident. I googled it and apparently it’s a common complaint that Samsung says they can’t fix due to emergencies but there’s got to be a solution. My toddler is only 2 so she hasn’t noticed yet but I know the time will come so not looking forward to her learning that new trick! If you have them stacked it’s a little better because then you’re not reaching over while it’s in use.

We are replacing a Samsung washer we had for almost 20 years so we are familiar with the quality and we love the new one

I received an email asking me to make a review of my purchase. However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..
