The washer works well. The purchase through Best Buy was a very poor experience. Had to wait for ever to speak with staff. Once we decided to purchase they would not honor their promotion. We were supposed to get a $50 gift card for each the washer and dryer. Very poor service.

The washer looks great and we are very happy with the way it is working as well. We have been able to save money due to using less detergent and fabric softener in the front loading washer. The amount of sections for the type of load we are washing also is terrific. Best of all the laundry comes out clean and it is so easy to reach in and take it out - no bending over the top of the washer is needed!

I’m 5’2 and had to put half of my body in the washer when I had top loaders. I was hesitant to get front loaders but best choice I ever made. So much more convenient for me and I have more space now in my laundry room. 10/10 recommend.

Like the dryer, this washer has the same exact settings to include a self cleaing/sanitation option. Really quiet and fits a lot of clothes.

This model of Samsung washer is great with quick wash option highly recommended.

So I love love love my washer and dryer thus far. I saw it and immediately was drawn to it. Price first of all. I think I got a good deal. The Best Buy sales team at the store made it happen so easily. They did everything they could to make sure I would get my very own first washer and dryer set. I have had a month. I have not figured everything out yet but I love what I have used. Very attractive as well.

Our seven year old Samsung Washing Machine had the drum/bearings go south on us. The NEW replacement has been a pleasure to use. More capacity for clothes. The functionality/features are further enhanced as well. Overall, very happy with this product!
