I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

Using less detergent and still have a great clean of clothes. Handles all the heavy loads towels, bed sheets, stuffed animals and the tough jeans. Worth every penny and saving pennies!

Had to upgrade

As someone who loves tech i had to go with the smart set. The interconnectivity between the washer and dryer works flawlessly. Also like that it tells you when to run the delf clean feature. Hopefully they last as long as the previous set.
