The washer looks great and we are very happy with the way it is working as well. We have been able to save money due to using less detergent and fabric softener in the front loading washer. The amount of sections for the type of load we are washing also is terrific. Best of all the laundry comes out clean and it is so easy to reach in and take it out - no bending over the top of the washer is needed!

Excellent price on an open box model. Washer seems to work very well and gets clothes very clean. One thing to watch out for is to make sure you run the "calibration" cycle. Itakes a huge difference in the amount of vibration at high spin speeds.

Our previous Samsung Front Load washer finally died after 15+ years. This is just a newer model of what we had before. Not much has changed and the exterior design still matches close enough to the dryer, so we didn't have to replace both to make them match. We went with another Samsung with the hopes we will get the same amount of life out of this one that we got from our last washer. It has all the same modes and works almost identically as our old one. It just has a much longer chime when the loads are finished. The smart function isn't really useful for us. Our home is filled with all types of smart devices, but we tried this feature on the washer and this just isn't something we need to control remotely.

We had a previous front loader washer and dryer and this one we feel is so much easier to use. The settings are we feel more customizable, from the soil level, how many rinses and etc. The alert tune at the end can be turned to the standard alert if you do not like the tune. We like it as it goes longer, it’s a fun sound and prompts you to take care of the laundry. As with just the simple alert that can sometimes be not heard right away and or forgotten.

I really like how quietly and quickly my wash gets done. The drum accommodates large loads and small. There is an option for active wear which is great for sweaty gym clothes. It really does have all the settings I could possibly need without extra features I wouldn't use. My previous 11 year-old Samsung had Silvercare and a steam setting which I never used so I don't miss them on this less expensive model. This model has a self-clean setting that my other machine lacked. This is a useful feature. My wash comes out clean. I am pleased with my purchase.

Works as expected, great open box deal. Smelled a bit off the first few used but some washing machine cleaner fixed it

Like the dryer, this washer has the same exact settings to include a self cleaing/sanitation option. Really quiet and fits a lot of clothes.

Good washer for a good price. Not sure what you pay for when you spend an additional 3-500 on other front loaders. This one does everything I need.

I absolutely love it. Its so quiet i have to go check and see if its on. Sergio at the College Station store was my salesman. And the delivery crew was on time and did the removal and install very well.

The washer does a good job cleaning the clothes. I wish there was a control that allows extra water to be added, if needed.

Slightly loud, but otherwise a solid machine with easy to understand inputs. Alarm is loud and annoyint so turn that off!

This Samsung front load washer is efficient. Nice color ,size is good. Not to big. Noisy a bit but tolerable. Most of the washers are like that. Great investment.
