I am very happy to choose this washing machine. It is very quiet when working. I chose the champagne color. The color is very beautiful. There is a special price when I buy it.

When ever I hear the little jingle once the wash is done, I giggle like a little school girl and put my clothes in the dryer. As a man this washer gets me excited to become a house wife

The tech that installed my new Samsung washer was very informative as he brought to my attention my water valves in my laundry room possibly needed to be checked out. He pointed out to me that to they were very worn as they were actually looking green with growth was on the valves. He explained to me that I could get a leak if they haven’t already started to leak somewhere and recommended to have someone look at it. I did and they were ready to burst any day now, whew! getting them replaced . Thanks Best Buy you sent me the right technician

I love this washing machine and I very much hope we don’t have problems like we did with our first one that was exactly the same. We didn’t purchase the first one through Best Buy. This is a replacement for the other and Best but happened to be the only one that still had it. It’s a nice looking washer that runs very well. Problem is that with time I’m afraid a drum bearing will go out like the other washers did. Best Buy has been very good about explaining their service and have told us to contact them with any problem that may arise. So glad I went with Best Buy.

Great price service and quality. Best time to take advantage of their sales when they have it . Capitalized on Black Friday and ended up walking away with a nice set under $1200. I got to pick the time i wanted to deliver . Very convenient as I wasn’t moving into my new place right away.

It is quite, looks good and works great, but definitely needs a pedestal if you don’t plan to stack.its a medium size. Not great for big comforters or duvets.

I love my new washing machine. It's wireless, quiet, white clothes are cleaner, and I can control it from my phone. I love it.

We purchased this washer as it has a “quick wash” option. At approximately the third load, the washer violent shook during the spin cycle. We set up a maintenance call with Samsung but decided to continue using it with light loads and lesser spin cycles. It performed well under those conditions, so we cancelled the service call and are using it carefully. The spin cycle is very fast which I suspect contributes to it walking about the floor! Further, when installed, the installers incorrectly switched the hot and cold supply tubes, possibly because as you face the back of the washer the hot inlet is on the right rather than the expected left position as most faucets. Not Samsungs fault as it’s labeled, but could have been avoided if unit was engineered with the traditional hot/cold positioning.
