I saw it and immediately was drawn to it. Price first of all. I think I got a good deal. The Best Buy sales team at the store made it happen so easily. They did everything they could to make sure I would get my very own first washer and dryer set. I have had a month. I have not figured everything out yet but I love what I have used. Very attractive as well.

It's been a whole year and 3 months and, its amazing! No issues and we really use the heck out of it. I totally recommend it to anybody.

The only problem that I have about the it is that the dryer does dry the heavy clothers once you have to put it in for at least two time or three

You can't really control the washer from the SmartThings app, you can't control the washer from outside your home network. With it being front loading, and stackable, the placement of the drain could have been better. So far I've had no issues with actually washing clothes so it seems to do the one thing its made for well... however its new so appliances working well when brand new SHOULD be the norm. You have to power down the machine to do anything, can't really wash a small load, and need to be mindful of the area surrounding the door - its obvious it will collect socks and other small clothing.

Eventually, an obsolete part went out and he couldn't find the part. I researched all brand of washers in top & front loaders and finally settled on the Samsung 4.5 cubic ft High Efficiency Front Loader. He was happy to admit to me that ever since we got this washer, our water bill has been LOWER!! So now we are BOTH happy we made this purchase.
