So easy to use and the steam technology is amazing. Feels like your clothes come out much cleaner and with less wrinkles if any - highly recommend for anyone else looking to upgrade! (The husband likes to do the laundry now too because the black finish is cool looking and he says it feels like an extension of his man cave) 6/5 stars if I could give it!!
