I love Samsung!

If it did, here is the rest of it. I love my new Samsung washer and dryer! I am happy that I got the matching pedestals! The install was great and I had a mini tutorial with it. I get so excited to do laundry now. I would highly recommend getting this set and following the care instructions. I set it up on the Samsung Smart Things app and I have enjoyed the updates.

I bought this upper scale Samsung with confidence I was getting a quality product. Wrong. The first washer needed to be exchanged due to some technical issues with the washing cycles. I've had the replacement for a month and now find parts not fastened loosely and wonder how long before it becomes another problem. I bought a washer, dryer and two pedestals. I've had two replacements with these items. I'm tired of not having a quality product I thought I was buying.

This one is quieter and has more adjustable settings than our old front load one. We are sold on the front loader washers. Would definitely recommend.
