I love this washing machine! At first we had a bit of difficulty using it because we weren't aware that the plastic bolts had to be removed but afterwards and since its been excellent

Runs great,very quiet but had some water leaking out the front door . Best Buy fixed the problem quickly and haven’t had a problem since.

I believe Samsung makes excellent products. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of my former LG washer, but it had a great price.

I love it. My old washer was slowly going out. We would have to wash 1 basket of towels in 4 loads. With this washer I can wash that same basket in 1 load. It fits my comforters perfectly. Had it less than 2 months but so far so good

Excellent, easy to use, smartphone, heavy duty load, washes well.

so much better than what we had. it's quieter, has better capacity, and connectivity, which i didn't think was needed, but it really helps out when you're doing multiple other things along with the laundry. wash cycles are quick, we can get a weeks worth of laundry done for a family of four in a day.

I hate to even have to say anything negative about Samsung's products but this washer has not met my expectations and has even left little oil deposit spots on some of my clothing, on top of that it doesn't was as quietly as my previous over 10 year old LG washer. I had to have their technician come out twice which is them creating a monopoly because I requested a second oponion and they send the same person out to tell me its fine. Sorely disappointed in this machine and Samsung's customer service. I reported these issues not even 3 weeks from receiving it and they refuse to homor my request to take it back and have made it their agenda to make sure I'm stuck with it whether it works correctly or not.

Love this washer & bought the matching dryer too! Thrilled we could go pick it up at the warehouse as our washer had fried that morning! Heavy unit but with a couple friends we got it off the truck, unpacked & installed in under two hrs!
