I love my new Samsung washer, and the ability to track progress with the app. My only wish is that the platform drawers were a tad deeper to accommodate my liquid detergent bottle.

Water is always under rubber gaskets and even drips down from upper area long after wash is completed (like next day). Concerned about potential for mildew smell. A little noisy (washer in second floor laundry room). Like the quick wash feature.

Total junk. I bought this brand new, used it for two years lightly (1-2 loads per week, never overfilling, using HE detergent). It broke and sounded like a jet engine. After fighting with Samsung customer service for a month and submitting a BBB claim Samsung finally sent a repair person who said the counterweight was broken and it was not repairable. They said they'll give me a "buyout". Now I'm fighting with Samsung to get a timeline / answers for how this "buyout" is supposed to work. I've sent follow up emails daily for the past week and the agent on the case yelled at me that contacting him isn't going to move it any faster after he told me it would be 1-2 days before I'd hear back. Their products and service are a joke. I'll never buy another Samsung appliance again. Save yourself the headache and spend another $100 for a machine that will last 10+ years, not this junk that is unusable after 2 years.

Very satisfied with the performance of this unit. Self cleaning setting really does a good job. I work outside for a living and it gets my clothes fresh and spotless even after coming home with mud and oil caked on my clothes.

Everything about this order was good. The order was delivered on time, and the delivery driver was so nice and helpful. I love how protective the packaging is.

Good washer, if you dont want to use your habd for laundry, you will like it

This is an excellent product for the price. i have had no issues whatsoever.

I previously had a maytag washer and it was a top loader. I always had an issue washing comforters, with the washer becoming off balance. I have washed all of my king size comforters with no issue at all!

Options on machine are great. Love using quick wash the most. Easy to use.

I do not have any complaints. Bought this in a pinch when my 20 year old washer and dryer went out in April and I was expecting out of town guests…even she liked it!! I hope it lasts as long as my old whirlpool duet set.

My wife and i love this set, especially if you are in the samsung eco system, you get notifications on your phones and tvs when your loads are done.

Works great. Got it on a minor sale. I hope it doesn't break down like my last one.

This washer is amazing! It washes clothes quickly and sanatizes dirt rugs. I'm so glad I purchased the set. I get 3 loads done in the time it used to do one!

So i just got this machine and already have to send it back. It was stuck on the bedding cycle overnight and wouldn't stop. I stopped it and put on rinse and spin and the time still didn't change. So I had wet clothes and the spin only got the water out. I'm done with Samsung as far as appliances go. This is the second washer of Samsung I've had issues with. They make good Phones, Tablets, Earbuds and Televisions but that's it. I don't recomend any appliance. Save yourself time and save money to get a reliable product.

Easiest washer I’ve ever used! The amount of time to wash things is insane! Clothes come out so clean. The app is really cool. So many times to choose. Alerts even for end of cycles. It’s pretty cool.

Great purchase. The washing machine is working great. We love it. A must have item for every household.

It washes clothes and gets them clean, what more can I say. Paired with SmartThings app never forget a wash is finished as we receive the alerts on our phone.

Whoops, I'm leaving the Dryer review. Dryer is great, the install not! The machines came Before the pedestals and the "team" that installed DO NOT, REPEAT DID NOT INSTALL THE NEW DRYER VENT HOSE OR THE NEW NEW WATER HOSES!!
