Simple design, pleasing on the eyes. Efficient water consumption, requires a drip pan when you purchase for total tech geek squad installment. Because geeks squad will not install without it if you have second floor laundry for your home

Excellent washing machine. No problems with it's operation. It probably should have the base as I find it difficulty putting the clothes in at that level.

I’ve had the wash machine for a couple months now One of my favorite features is the delay end cycle. The only complaint I have about it is I feel like the power button is super sensitive.

Overall the delivery guys were great but i paid for install and it wasn't done . I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

Very happy with my purchase. Does everything I need it to do and more.

This is our second Samsung washer. The first one, a top load model, has been in use for over 8 years and is now being used by my daughter. However, this front load washer has been problematic. In May of this year, we had to replace the water pump despite regular cleaning and maintenance as recommended by Samsung. Now, the drum bearings have failed and repairs could cost up to $600 and take several weeks due to parts availability and labor hours. Unfortunately, the Best Buy protection plan has expired, leaving us with an unusable washer purchased on June 8, 2022. While the washer has attractive features and is compatible with the SmartThings app, the frequent breakdowns make it a poor investment. As a loyal Samsung customer who also owns Samsung phones and a Q80 TV, I am deeply disappointed with this product. It is worth noting that our Samsung refrigerator's ice maker has also experienced multiple issues. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this particular washer to others.

On time and amazing service they knew what they were doing

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with dogs. My dogs have shorthair and don't shed very much but I have to remove and clean the filter every 2 weeks (about 5-6 loads) or the machine stops working mid-load. Dog hair on the rubber seal made water leak out the door although the self clean cycle fixed that issue. The machine stopped with a SUD error, allegedly meaning I used too much detergent. I used one HE pod for a full load. It took me an hour to fix that error message. The top of the washer is full of scratches from a plastic hamper and the spin cycle shakes the whole house.

Does the job it’s has an issue where the timer won’t count down and it keeps rinsing then I have to unplug it and start over it’s more of a hassle to return

This washer was a replacement for our 4.3 cf washer of the same brand that apparently, had a broken spider. The estimates we received to repair, were more than 50-60% of the cost for a new machine. So needless to say we needed a new one.

Great washer, so far no issues at all. I was looking at other reviews but no issues…,, This will be my second washer in the last 25 years. I my first one was a Maytag (still got it) and second one is this one.
