Very quiet and stable. Love it! Also qualifies for a $100 rebate!

So i just got this machine and already have to send it back. It was stuck on the bedding cycle overnight and wouldn't stop. I stopped it and put on rinse and spin and the time still didn't change. So I had wet clothes and the spin only got the water out. I'm done with Samsung as far as appliances go. This is the second washer of Samsung I've had issues with. They make good Phones, Tablets, Earbuds and Televisions but that's it. I don't recomend any appliance. Save yourself time and save money to get a reliable product.

Does what it is supposed to do. The only complaint is that there is no way to program a button to run a cycle exactly the way we want, e.g. normal cycle but with cold water. Every time we would need to turn it on, switch to normal cycle, then change to cold water.

This is an excellent washing machine. It has many choices for cycles and works quickly, allowing washing several loads in an afternoon. It even has customizable cycles and down-loadable cycles. Compared to competitive brands and model it is a good price.

No problem with the product at all, my favorite thing about them is the connectivity to the smart things app. Another thing is the chimes with the press of each “button” are so great and if your like me the little things matter

This is a replacement Samsung washer. So far it has worked quite well.

This washer replaced an older Samsung that has some loose parts turning inside the drum, and repair estimates were quite high. My household uses this machine three or four times a week and we have had very good results with it. It it easy to set the number of rinses, the kind of garments being washed, etc. We are happy with the purchase.

Replaced my 10 year old samsung washer with this one. Basically the updated version of my old model. It works great and the ability to customize certain settings from the phone is nice.
