Great Washer. Love using it. Just need to order the drawer that goes under.

This washer looks small, but the capacity is no joke and now im drowning in laundry. This does not come with the stacking kit and you MUST remove the shipping bolts.

Removal of old washer and delivery and setup Of new washer was excellent. New machine with vibration technology is just what’s needed for an upper level laundry room.

Overall great unit. Good price for the features that you get. It is much quicker as washing our clothes without sacrificing the quality. The spin cycle seems to have a bit of a hard time balancing out but once it does it seems fine.

I have been using about a month & all good so far. Went with simpler model than my last samsung as it had a bunch of options i never used. This has everything needed.

Fairly eady to operate but manual needs to go into more detail as to what contitutes rhe types of loads for the various cycles. Also, the manual should indicate to add detergent, bleach, etc. after selecting the cycle and settings; otherwise, detergent does not dispense at all during the cycle. I had to research that issue online.

It is one of the best washers in the market for that price and I highly recommend this one. As this is cost effective, good performance different options like WiFi connectivity with Alexa. It gives me notification once wash is done.

Absolutely love this washer. I can do all my comforters now. One downside I noticed is that when you are pouring the softener in the holder it immediately drains into the washer. So, if you have the door open while doing that it drains into the rubber door seal.

Great product so far. A couple complaints though, the selector dial is obviously jammed up and does not turn easily- which is juxtaposed to the dryer’s dial. Also, the installer backed himself into a space to connect it and instead of his assistant or himself moving the washer out and back in, he crawled over it denting the top in a couple places.

Great washing machine. I love the clean cycle. It's quite and does an excellent job of cleaning my clothes. Only two downsides are the song it sings when it's done, kind of annoying, and the fact that the image of the on/off button and the start button have started to wear off in a little over a year of use.

We love this washer. Our clothes are cleaner, and get less damage. The washer has so many options for every time of fabric, it is very smart in its consumption of water. It calculates the amount of water and the time depending on the size of the load, so you are not wasting tons of water even if you have to wash a smaller load of clothes.

Great washer. Second one I've owned. Sold the first one since i didn't feel like moving it.

The washer does a great job. I like the many different settings. It's kind of big for my space with the drawer on bottom. I do not like that the drawer won't hold my liquid detergent or softner.
