Called samsung and the agent said someone will reach out to me to come check it out and promised a call back within 48 business hours to schedule the appointment. I am still waiting, its been 72 hours and i am not being dramatic, i have a newborn and a brand new washer that is defective. He even said he will rush this and i shouldn't even have to wait 48 business hours to get a call back. Now i still have to wait for someone to call me and then who knows when they will have availability to come “check it out”. It also smells bad, i keep the door and detergent tray open after washes

Washer shakes so bad it sounds like an airplane taking off shakes the house. Today (with spin cycle on lowest setting due to the amount of noise it makes) the Samsung brackets broke, the dryer fell off the back and broke the legs off the dryer. Will be calling to initiate return in the morning.
