Had to make a quick decision to purchase this washer before leaving on vacation. Our old one was leaking and need to go. After using it for a few months I've noticed some really great things about it. It holds a lot of clothes, it's very quiet, it spins the water out of the garments so much better than the old one. Drying time is very reduced compared to the model we previously owned.

Got an open box. Slightly damaged but at a great discount. Washer is amazing.

Dryer works well! I love the aesthetic in my laundry room and it isn’t too big. My clothes dry well and haven’t had a single issue.

Had dryer finally give up the ghost this one was priced in my range and was bigger than I thought that I could afford. Does a very good job only complaint is I wished the interior light stayed on longer . No other complaints so far

This washer is amazing! Very easy to use and love the stackable or side by side option. Washes great and the clothes do not get twisted as with the top load washers.

Live on the second floor. I love Samsung washer and dryers, this is my second set. Great vale for the price, quite and smooth even on heavy loads and lots of wash options.

Has basic features for easy use, works well. Turned the noise off but still makes noise when pressing power, wish you could turn that off too but that is the only down side.
