The old one would remember how each wash was set up. This one doesn't do that. I can make Normal wash how I want, but next time I have to set it all again.

Best Buy does not allow you to use your old one. This is very wasterful and Best Buy should consider enviornmental friendly resuse options. Also they require you to buy a hose without knowing how long of a hose you need. Again, more waste. Plus the installed couldn't install the machine bc he didn't have any other hose sizes with him.

It's very nice, and BIG (probably more than I needed). I upgraded from a ten-year-old agitator model. This should be gentler on clothes. It is noisier than I expected (whining and sucking sounds). Luckily, I have a separate laundry room with a door.

The dryness sensors in there work amazingly well. I like to dry everyone on delicate so it's lower heat and everything still comes out dry.
