    its not " high tech" like newer versions which I like for my mother. She had issues with too many buttons and options. this was very easy for her to use. only complaint is it closes a little loud

    We love the look and the quality. You can't even tell they are on we bought both washer and dryer. We were going to originally buy white ones but they were not available. Glad we didnt love this color!

    So far so good the washer and dryer work well. This unit is not Wi-Fi capable and that is okay with me. My only complaint is I don't like Samsung's music for end of cycle notification I would prefer a simple buzzer.
