Easy to use and no problem with leaking. Clothing comes out noticeably cleaner than it did with my old top load washer.

Bought one and after 2 days started failing, stopping after less than 5 minutes of operating. I returned it and got a new one of the same model, 3 month over, it started doing the same thing, and now I cannot return it and have to go through all the factory warranty process, which is a pain. Don't buy it.
