Came on time, and was installed very very quickly.

great washer, i use it stacked with my samsung dryer

It drys things so dry , it’s like being next the sun ☀️

I have had a Samsung front load washer before so I'm a little disappointed by this one. The door doesn't always latch when I close it and the settings are not as adjustable. There are more levels of temperature and spin but doesn't do much good if you can't use them.

Make sure to turn off eco dry or it'll take forever

I am very pleased with the Samsung washer and dryer. Also please with the delivery. But, this morning I was by the washer as it was spinning. It was shaking like it was 32 degrees below zero. On closer examination the left front corner was not placed on the raised cement area so with only three legs on solid ground it is going to shake it self to death some day.

I didn’t get the actual color I wanted but they are nice

So far, so good. It’s quiet, easy to use and Has more options/settings than I know what do with. For the price, it was a great value. Loge is how I will judge and they will (hopefully) take a while.

Drys clothes well does not use alot of electricity

I wish I could give zero stars. It took them 5 visits ( more than a month) to install a gas dryer. I was told to buy multiple adapters which were ultimately taken out on the last visit - seems like they sent an expert technician when I escalated. They left the unit incorrectly installed that lead to gas leakage. I was fortunate to recognize the source of leak at the right time and was able to shut off the gas connection, otherwise it could have been a disaster. They didn’t even bother to send a technician to fix a gas leak on emergency basis. I had to schedule an appointment and was left at the mercy of their schedule. Better buy big electronic items from Home Depot or Lowe’s

Power button is super sensitive, overall the washing machine works great!

This dryer is quiet. It has several settings. I am still trying to figure out the best setting to dry comforters cause the bedding setting don’t dry it all the way.
