The washer had a really bad rubber smell when we first got it. Additionally, the clothes didn't smell good. I ran a self clean on it, and that seems to have taken care of it. Other than that, it is a really nice machine. Would be nice if the door was reversible but there are work arounds for that.

Great so far! I love this dryer! Its quiet, large inside, easy to operate.

It's exactly like the previous Samsung front-load washing machines I've purchased. My first one lasted 14 years—including 5 years after a house fire! I only had to replace the door seal because it warped during the fire. My second unit was bought used and I gave it away after 3 years, and my third is 4 years old and still used daily. I hope this new one lasts just as long as my first!

The front load washer is Quick and Quiet. The staff was helpful and awesome. The washer was very easy and only needed to buy the stacking equipment and was easy to install.

This is one of the most efficient dryer we had so far. Easy to use, can have big loads and the drying time was excellent. The temperature was equivalent to the commercial dryers as well, which is our issue with our past dryers. And This dryer ticks every boxes that we were looking for. Great buy! Our old LG washer wasn't working and we bought this one because we needed to have one quickly. We're very happy with it. Perhaps it's because its 15 years newer, but this is leaps and bounds better than our old one. Smoother, quicker and quieter and does a great job. And the price was right!

I was fairly nervous to buy this dryer because of some of the negative reviews about a cracked drum and the clothes not drying well. However, I saw many of the same types of things on other dryer models as well. This one had better ratings overall. We decided to pick up the dryer ourselves, knowing that we will take great care in moving it (as opposed to not knowing how it is handled when it's delivered). This dryer has not disappointed at all. It has dried every load I have put in the first time. I'm very pleased with it. You can turn the sound off (that indicates when your load is finished), but there is still a chime when you turn the power on. It's not too bad though. People have indicated that there is no drum light. This one does have a light.

This machine was not only affordable but has held up well for us. We loved our Samsung Washer and Dryer so much that when we moved into a new build and needed a new one, we purchased the same thing all over again. Great capacity and quick drying.

I literally sit down just to watch the loads wash. The quiet vibration feature is too tier ! The heaviest loads does not shake the washer or make a lot of noise. A major difference from the washer I had before. Evenly distributes water and detergent to make sure every piece of clothing is covered so all the clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean !! I’m in love !

We love this dryer! It is large capacity which is awesome, especially for larger loads and or big queen sized comforters...we purchased this almost a year ago and have no complaints. I love the fact it has the moisture sensor and it will stop drying when the clothes are dry and it doesn't waste energy drying clothes that are already dry like a regular dryer. The only settings I use are delicates for our under garments and just the normal setting. When using either setting I always make sure to push the button so the dryness level is all the way up. When we first used this the clothes were still damp cause the dryer thought they were dry. I've seen reviews on here stating the clothes were still damp at the end of the cycle. But, you have to make sure the dryness level is on 5 or all the way up. Then your clothes will be dry...We love that there is a light on the inside which helps to see any clothes left after grabbing the load out of it. The filter is great too. It's right when you open the door and it's easy to open and clean the lint out. No complaints about this dryer at all. It has been wonderful!

Dryer works very well and is quited than the Older Dryer we had.

This is a great product for the value. It's a quality modern machine with a nice color for lighter laundry rooms to give contrast. Overall we're thankful for this machine and its use in our daily lives.

In Feb. 2024, we purchased this new Samsung Washer & Dryer Combo with Pedestals to replace our 2015 versions. WOW... what a difference!!! The old washer would DISCO dance across the garage floor during the spin cycle. So far the new washer stays in place. The vibration reduction technology exceeds our expectations. The new dryer is quiet and efficient reducing the overall drying time compared to our older unit. Our garage looks fancy now with the Black Stainless Steel models. LOL Lastly, the local BestBuy Rep. Daniel was very knowledgeable and made the entire transaction easy. BestBuy will continue to be our go-to store for electronics & appliances.
