This is my second Samsung washer. I bought a second not because how good the first was, it was just the cheapest to replace the one I had. The last one made it 8 years, but it wasn’t trouble free. I had to replace a drain pump after a couple years and the tank support assembly from inside the tub a couple years later. The first Samsung motor finally failed in a spectacular smokey meltdown. I do all my own repairs so I can stretch their life with limited expense. The Samsungs get the job done, but expect to have a few bumps along the way.

Very easy to operate, quite while running and has a nifty tune at the end.

This washer and dryer has exceeded our expectations. It is very quiet, our clothes always come out clean and completely dry after one cycle, and very easy to use!

This dryer is great. There are like 6 different settings to choose from so its really convenient. It quiet and is rather quick. I'd recommend to anyone.

Runs quiet and smooth. Much more energy efficient and water efficient. Also needs less detergent. Probably less wear and tear on the fabrics. Took a few washes to get used to a machine that is not a top-load, but it's an improvement.
