We loved our Samsung Washer and Dryer so much that when we moved into a new build and needed a new one, we purchased the same thing all over again.

Vibration technology isn’t great but machine is ok

The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

Great on sale, but feels cheap

Fairly quiet but the bearings have some noise in them at heavier loads. Will have to see how it performs in the long run. Great buy when it's on sale, but you could probably do better for full price.

Also from Best Buy. The new dryer is great. The whole Intent was to save a few bucks with the open box dryer but that turned into a nightmare because Best Buy never investigated why the dryer was returned in the first place.

Ok $800 dryer

I didn’t even like the color it was white but the customer service Best Buy was great. Not so much credit card service but customer service is great. I got nice wash a dryer and just don’t like it at the dryer since when the clothes are dry and my clothes, come out damp, soaking damp wet so I will give you like one star off of that but other than that, it’s a good dryer you know I got everything on heavy duty and.

Worst Dryer EVER

I hate everything about it- it shuts off before clothes are dry (sometimes it stops even before I walk away) It ties my clothes and sheets in knots! It doesn’t fit in the space BEST BUY assured me it would fit. My outside balcony laundry room now has the door permanently OPEN. Can’t wait for the winds to damage everything- The lint screen is a joke. It’s almost impossible to clean completely and don’t bother using dryer sheets because the instantly adhere to the lint screen. Did I mention the hideous music? The tune plays even if you push the stop cycle or open the dryer door. Annoying! But most of all; the dryer is not worth it. Wish I’d purchased another Maytag. It was perfect for 10* years.

Fast, efficient and they are smart units, you can connect your phone to the units and monitor and change settings. Price was way better than local vendors which was a surprise. 5 star, definitely will purchase again
