We needed a new washer after our old one finally went out after 20 something years and we found. The ordering was easy, the washer was on sale, the delivery, installation and hook-ups went perfect! What else can you ask for.

Washer works great! Just got it and so far I've done a few loads of laundry without any issues. Really like this new product, it's very easy to use and it is supposed to be energy-saving. We'll see!

Let’s start with the machine itself overall it’s alright, cleans the clothes has a variety of settings, your average washing machine, however even with child-lock on the power button can still be turned on and off, this means that if you have centrally located laundry like in a kitchen that not only children, but cats can turn off the power mid cycle and sometimes you don’t notice till you’re transferring soapy clothes (an issue that I did not have at all with my previous washer (not Samsung) because child lock locked every button except the combo to turn it off) it’s been MONTHS and I have no figured out a way to solve this issue, I’ve tried covering the power button with a towel, with painters tape, doesn’t matter because all that is required is pressure on that spot. Now moving onto Best Buy, my delivery / Customer experience with Best Buy was so awful that I ended up buying the dryer directly from Samsung which I would absolutely recommend over buying from Best Buy the experience all around with Samsung was 200 times better than with Best Buy, I will never buy another appliance with them again.

Works, but is overly complicated. Not all features are useable on all settings, so you have to memorize or look up. I think it runs too hot or long on some things. It has a tendency to overdry cottons on normal settings, so now I’m using the timer, which has to be adjusted each time. I frankly miss my 20-year old Kenmore with mechanical parts vs. digital settings that are bound to need replacing at sooner. (I hate that new appliances don’t last as long and end up in landfills.) It comes with vent and gas attachments, but our existing were better quality, so the parts weren’t needed. The Service team that installed was great.

Dryer is better than on-line review! For the price of a cheaper model this unit is beyond expectations.Best Buy installers had the old broken unit removed and the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. It has performed great on every use without failure.

Exactly what i wanted - not a ton of bells and whistles but easy to operate and a great price. Bought Total Tech and received extra coverage and installation!

This washer is so quiet and efficient. I was hesitant to get a front load washer again as the older models tended to shake the whole house. This one hardly vibrates at all even on a high speed spin cycle! Additionally, laundry is done faster and comes out cleaner.

Quiet, smooth, dry clothing is good, a digital touch is nice

Such a good machine- effectively cleans and is not loud. Its super stable and has yet to not be able to wash larger loads.

It cleans things that I put in it. Much better and quieter than my old one. Minus one star because you can't turn off the musical chime.

Works Great has all the options you need for different washs for whatever you need to wash and does a fantastic job at it very happy with great replacement over the LG that I had to replace drain pump every year because it was always breaking ....

Very nice dryer! Love it’s ease of use and seems to be of good quality. Dries a load of towels in about an hour - always a good test of how a dryer will function to me!

Dryer arrived finally after (4) rescheduled delivery appointments. Dealt with a very conciseness Best Buy manager that did all he could under the circumstances. Delivery personnel performed well as expected. Appliance appears to be performing as intended.

Love the dryer , works well and easy to learn all functions . Only problem is the interior light is kind of wonky , only seems to work when it wants too , I suspect it’s the door switch but it doesn’t really bother me . Oh and it’s quite too !

Great washer for the price. Works well, does the job, reasonably quiet. My 3rd set of Samsung washers and dryers I’m very happy. Wish it had a towels cycle.

I do like the multiple extra rinse and trmperature options. The unit does seem to spin more water out of the laundry as the dryer does not run as long. Only thing i continue to not like is the leaking from the front with every wash.

great electric dryer. It has a sensor so turns off when clothes are dry, even if the cycle was set for longer.

Easy to choose the best way to treat the wash load. Quiet operation. Friendly notice when done. Best spin operation I have experienced - items are nearly dry.
