Outstanding dryer and it has a sanitize option! The only issue I have is it has a moisture sensor and sometimes it doesn’t always feel when some parts of the clothes are a tad bit wet. But the timed button is an easy fix :)

My last Samsung washing machine lasted almost 12 years so I thought going with Samsung for a replacement was a no-brainer. Sadly I was mistaken and will never purchase a Samsung product again. The machine cleans the clothing fine, but it shakes so violently during the spin cycle that anything on top of the machine falls off, and the spin cycle is extremely loud. Samsung has sent three technicians from two companies to investigate why the machine is doing this. Technician #1 said there was no error code, so therefore no problem, but he agreed my machine was shaking worse than he'd seen. Technician #2 wanted to replace the shock absorbers, but said I was out of warranty so it would cost nearly $500 (I'm not out of warranty, Samsung opened the repair ticket incorrectly). Technician #3 acknowledged that I was under warranty but saw no problem with my machine. Interesting that a problem is discovered when it's believed I'm paying out of pocket. Samsung's answer is "don't put anything on top of your washing machine." Needless to say, I hate this machine and Samsung's customer service is awful.

I love this dryer. It's quiet, dries well, energy efficient and has lots of special features (read description). I bought the stacking kit and gas line separately (not included). I wish I paid for installation, as it ended up being much cheaper than what I paid a plumber.

The machines are great. Very quiet while washing. Savings of detergent, softer and bleach. Very happy with purchase.

I love it. My old washer was slowly going out. We would have to wash 1 basket of towels in 4 loads. With this washer I can wash that same basket in 1 load. It fits my comforters perfectly. Had it less than 2 months but so far so good

I have it for a month and so far is doing great. Clothes come very clean and very dry, which reduces the time on the dryer. Like you can choose different types of detergent.
