The delivery and installation was fast, had no issues. I've been using to do my regular laundry and my very dirty pets laundry and it's been taking care of everything no problem. It has lots of settings that you can change, so that's nice. We wanted a front loader instead of a top loader because of how much less water they use, so I'm happy we got this one.

The dryer works great and i have had no issues. This was a great bargain for what I paid for it.

The quality of my products was excellent. The only problem I had was with my delivery. On my delivery date the technician couldn’t hook my product up so they rescheduled my appointment to another day and I waited all day and know one showed up. Then I rescheduled again and they finally hooked up the machine but I have to say all of my delivery people where very respectful and sorry for my experience.

My clothes smell fresh and clean without taking hours to wash. I like the many options for every load. The only thing I would change is the spin speeds need a few slower option. My wash machine is on the upper floor near the bedrooms and the middle spin option does cause some vibration in the floor. Overall, I am very impressed with this product.

Great washer (so far). Very quiet. Wish the door was reversible and it offered a cold water rinse to save energy.

Does what it is supposed to do. The only complaint is that there is no way to program a button to run a cycle exactly the way we want, e.g. normal cycle but with cold water. Every time we would need to turn it on, switch to normal cycle, then change to cold water.

Sensor Dry will automatically adjust the drying time to the level of dryness you have selected.

Nice unit. Works fine. A lot of features that I will probably not use, but nice to have just in case.

I like the look of this washer dryer combo, haven’t used them yet. Is a Christmas gift
