The only complaint is Best Buy no longer honors Military Discount on appliances. I produced a VALID AND CURRENT DEPT OF DEFENSE ID to the sales rep, and I was told it would not get me a military discount. So that is the reason you all did not get the 5th star

Washer has been running good so far no issues. Please be aware that ones water has run thru the washer and you need to move or adjust it is very heavy. Seems to hold water after it’s complete is cycle. Don’t know if this is by design. But definitely will need 2 people to maneuver around. But washer has nice finish and quiet.

This Samsung washer is great because you can wash a comforter with ease. It allows both liquid and powder He detergent which is convenient. Best buy can't through with fast delivery after home depot messed up bad. I will definitely be using best buy for future purchases.

It has so many new features that my old machine didnt have. I cant find enough stuff to wash, I'm sure that feeling will wear off. I highly recommend.

The product issues since the day I bought it, the issues in getting someone on the line, and now still waiting online for resolution after MONTHS!! What should be a warranty replacement is now a drain of my time and efforts to resolve an unbalanced, unfixed, spring replaced yet unresolved washer issue rattling uncontrollably while in spin mode. Next steps likely to escalate yo the ombudsman for action.

I especially like the stainless steel drum and damp alert feature. Delivery: Delivered an electric instead of the gas unit I ordered. Install: Incomplete - Did not bring correct adapter for gas line. I had to complete the install myself even though I paid for installation.
