Good washer. I had ot for almost a year and no problems so far.

Good dryer. Ive had it for almost a year no issues so far.

I used it only a few times and I got the error SUD twice!

Developed a serious leak out the bottom within 2 weeks of paid delivery & install.

I love my dryer it dry’s quick and there are no wrinkles.

We bought this washer and its matching dryer to replace our 20+ years old front loading machines. The washer is well made and the capacity is approximately 1.5 times greater than the washer it replaces. The controls are easy to use and the machine is very quiet. The additional capacity really gives the clothes plenty of room to spread out which, we think, is getting them cleaner than our old washer. There are 10 different wash cycles (including self-clean) and you can change the spin speed, water temperature, number of rinse cycles, and the type of load (heavily soiled to lightly soiled) with 5 different levels for each which are indicated via individual lights for each setting. Each cycle has its own default settings which are some combination of the previously mentioned 1-to-5 settings/lights. The only quibble we have is most of the cycle defaults use both hot and cold water (2 or more of the indicator lights "on" for water temp) and we prefer to wash our clothes in cold water 95% of the time. This requires that we remember to manually turn the water temp down to its coldest setting every time we start a new load. It's not a big deal nor is it worth dropping dropping the overall rating but I figured I'd mention it. All in all, this is a great machine and is far less expensive than most other front load washing machines. We love it!

Quiet, simple to use machine. Has the feature of ability to pause to drop clothes into the washer that you may have forgotten. One small criticism is that the buttons need to be pressed hard to get them to respond. Otherwise, it's a great machine.

I’ve had my new unit for several months now, and I must say, I’m quite impressed with its functionality. The spacious capacity enables me to complete fewer laundry cycles, and the user-friendly controls combined with smart technology for remote access significantly simplify the laundry process. Both machines operate quietly, which fits perfectly into my daily routine, and their modern design enhances the look of my laundry space. - They even have a cute lil end tone to the cycles, wow. Although the dryer occasionally takes longer with heavier loads and the cost is somewhat elevated, the overall effectiveness and quality of the machines justify the expense. I wholeheartedly recommend this washer and dryer set to anyone considering an upgrade for their laundry needs.

This is the best washer I have ever had. It does a great job cleaning the fabrics, it holds a lot of clothes, and still gets them clean. It is way quieter than the previous front-loading washer I owned.

I like the new design. Works great and is quiet. The 2020 model only lasted 4 years before a belt broke - not worth fixing - so I hope this version lasts longer!

Needed this item in a pinch. Called the store which happened to have this as an open box item. Was ready when I got there. Installed quickly and works perfectly! Holds a ton of clothes, like the options including wrinkle release and has a sweet almost song line alert when done. Would definitely recommend

Quiet and very efficiently. What I love most is how quiet it runs, even during heavy loads. The controls are easy to use, and there are plenty of cycle options to handle everything from delicate fabrics to bulky items like comforters. It also uses water and energy efficiently, which is a huge plus for saving on utilities.

We've had this for almost a year after replacing a Whirlpool that was 25 plus years old. No problems thus far and hope to not encounter any...we did buy the extended warranty just because. This washer gets everything so clean, it's quick, it's quiet, uses less water which is good for the septic tank. My wife wipes the door and rubber part on the inside after all the loads are done. She leaves the door open as well. She runs the self clean cycle when it's time with bleach and also drains and cleans the filter as well. This washer doesn't smell. If your washer smells then you need to air it out after all the laundry is done and keep the door wiped. Controls are easy to use, there are plenty of cycle options for all clothing and bedding. We don't have to go to the laundromat anymore when our queen comforters need washed, this handles all of them(one at a time of course). We bought the matching dryer as well and it is awesome too!
