We went from a LG to this because the LG developed a leak. Starting to wish we had stayed with LG. The clothes come out piping hot even if you choose a cold cycle. Can't figure that out. While the spin cycle is quiet, it's quite excessive. Don't stack anything on top because it will throw it to the floor. Machine is level so I'm guessing based on other reviews that this is just this washers thing. I really wish we could return this and get something else. I think I got used to the LG's numerous choices.

The Washer is great so far. I recommend this 100% if you are looking for a quality washer on a budget.

Twenty years since i purchased a washer. Samsung has several wash load settings, i can easly select wash load type and walk away. I am pleased with my purchase. I am looking foreward to my first electric bill to checking the saving.

I love this gas dryer. I had the matching washer for a few years before and my used dryer went out so I bought this one and it was hard to find honestly but I love the settings and use the bedding and timed setting all the time.

Nothing but problems with this machine since day 1. Only had it a year and have had service techs out 5 times and I didn't submit a service request each time it was needed. I don't know if it is just this particular machine or not but mine keeps getting stuck on rinse/spin cycle at least 50% of the time. I have to manually start the spin only cycle about an hour after I shut the machine office to get my clothes wrung out enough to dry. A total nightmare.

Bought for our new home in January. Wonderful product with excellent water saving features. Only issue was from Best Buy itself. They forgot a part when installing it, and it was delayed 2 weeks. It was resolved though so no harm.

Washer broke within 3 months. Had to call Samsung because BB extended warranty was not yet in effect. Service came within in a few days but was unable to repair. The recommended replacing the unit. We said ok. So we have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no washer. The Rep told me this morning that the time frame was 21 business days! Why did they not tell me that before? One rep 2 weeks ago called me every day for 4 days to only tell me it was approved and would take 7 business days. That time went and I called again. No trucking company was assigned (should have been 2 weeks ago) so the lady on Tuesday assigned one. This morning I called and was told no unit was available from that company and another would be chosen. What a JOKE Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung again! This has been a nightmare. I'll go back to ABT who has superb service. Absolute Horrible service here, would not recommend to my enemies.

After purchasing in a great deal, 5 months in and washer works very good. Frontload feature works great, just have to remember to keep it dry to avoid mold.
