When I first tried to buy a washing machine, the biggest advantage was that it was very cheap. However, when I received the washing machine and installed it, I realized that no parts such as hoses were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying the washing machine at a more expensive price. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.

Best buy personnel were unsure if the washer had warranty, however I was putting some trust on the brand. Washer initially leaked in the first wash however it did not after that and its now atleast 4 washes old. Caps for the 4 holes that we need to empty out during installation was not provided and therefore they categorizing it as excellent with none of the parts missing does seem a little misleading. I had no plans to return as Best Buy wanted to haul it back in. Samsung ensured it was covered under warranty and was very responsive when I reported the leak and even scheduled a service however I did not have to use it as Washer seemed to have fixed itself or may be the washer was not standing evenly on the floor initially. So hoping it wouldn't have issues in future, a chance I was willing to take.

They’re quiet and easy to keep clean and gets the job done

It’s a bit nosier than expected but washes good and quick no other issues

Shirts come out dry. Mainly use the time dry setting. Bummed it didn’t have steam but hats out fault for not checking for the feature

Love it! This washer is the best I have ever used. have not used the speed wash feature yet because it does not take long on a regular cycle. having it connected to the internet allow me to not have to go and check if the cycle is done, the app tells me.

Only thing that i dont like is the smart things and tge ability to always run the dryer remotely. You actually have to go tobthe druer and select smart control on the dryer.

Works great. What I noticed was the door catch. It was metal not plastic like my last washer. Plenty of settings to do your job. Good value with the SC Gas rebate program.

Excellent brand! Slightly larger capacity than my previous Samsung washer. Was excited to know that it fit on the same pedestal as before
