It was delivered to my father's address instead of mine. I even called the day before to fix the problem but it still occurred. But, when it was correctly delivered the next week, everything was wonderful.

Repair man came and it still rattles. Other than that, gotta dry the water off seal when your done washing or the seal will mildew and mold then start stinking.

I stacked them and they work fantastic. They have many options for washing and dryer, including steam. The lint trap for dryer is a great design. No more lint all over dryer.

My washing machine is leveled and on spin cycle if I am inside another room I can't hear it.

I replaced an old Whirlpool washer that lasted about 13 years. I like that there is a timer and that you can see the clothes in the washer. It's been great so far. No rattling like the old washer. I like that no agitator so it holds a larger load.

It mixes with the laundry soap when in wash mode. Only way to use is to wait when it's in rinse mode then add softener.

Fill tray for detergent feels a little flimsy though. Recommend top load if you're tall though. Optional drawer underneath would be good additional purchase
