I have a bad experience with Best Buy and geek squad. Geek squad team had me Change an outlet for no reason. They sent me a broken washer and the guy named John said that the outlet needs to be replaced. I had to pay money to electrician for no reason. They came and replaced the outlet. The next time the came for installation the washer still wasn’t working. I will not buy anything from bust buy anymore. I have been having a hard time with the customer support and installation process. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.

It is so easy to work and it washes everything very well. I love the spinning cycle. My clothes are almost dry by the time everything is done. The price was the best part. Very reasonable.

I am very curious to see if Samsung can beat it. It works great so far, although it’s delicate cycle is much worse then my previous device. The wool was not washed that delicately as before.

It’s my first time ever purchasing a washer and I decided to go with the front loader. Remember to leave the door and detergent holder open to avoid mold. Also was recommended to not use pods unless you’re washing with hot water.

I love the way it washed the clothing and all the different settings it had but after one year of using it, the drum went out so I am so happy. I am so happy that Best Buy was able to exchange it for me and I purchased another one similar to that one.

This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.
