Twenty years since i purchased a washer. Samsung has several wash load settings, i can easly select wash load type and walk away. I am pleased with my purchase. I am looking foreward to my first electric bill to checking the saving.

If I could give this washer zero stars, I would. It arrives. It is correctly installed. No matter what cycle I set it on, it only uses HOT water. Warm/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. Cold/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. I was about to call to set up an appointment to get this remedied when the washer goes into its spin cycle. Whatever holds the tub in place busts and the tub then starts free-slamming around inside the washer box. I am NOT making this up! Four days after its installed... FOUR DAYS! and it is broken. With the 15 day return policy I just told Best Buy to come get the cursed thing OUT of my house. Mind you, I bought this washer to replace another Samsung that I had purchased just 3 years before. THAT washer broke down and since it was under extended warranty, I called to get it fixed. Three months later (that's three months WITHOUT a WASHER!) after replacing nearly all the parts inside the silly thing (more money was spent on parts and labor than I paid for the thing to begin with! Go figure!) the insurance company decides it is not repairable and tells me I can just apply the original purchase price towards a brand new replacement washer. So this means I had two Samsung front load machines turn out to be JUNK. Samsung is making garbage washing machines. Do NOT buy a Samsung washer. My experiences have taught me that they are extremely poor quality. This is NOT Best Buy's fault, but if they read these reviews, I heartily suggest you drop the Samsung line. You should start offering Speed Queen instead. They make a top notch line of washers, both top and front loaders. Ended up replacing with a GE - 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with UltraFresh Vent System - White on white, pretty sure the model number is GFW650SSNWW. Could not be happier with it and I've been using it hard for the last 5 months.

If I had an option of 0 stars that would be my option! The product issues since the day I bought it, the issues in getting someone on the line, and now still waiting online for resolution after MONTHS!! What should be a warranty replacement is now a drain of my time and efforts to resolve an unbalanced, unfixed, spring replaced yet unresolved washer issue rattling uncontrollably while in spin mode. Next steps likely to escalate yo the ombudsman for action.

We went from a LG to this because the LG developed a leak. Starting to wish we had stayed with LG. The clothes come out piping hot even if you choose a cold cycle. Can't figure that out. While the spin cycle is quiet, it's quite excessive. Don't stack anything on top because it will throw it to the floor. Machine is level so I'm guessing based on other reviews that this is just this washers thing. I really wish we could return this and get something else. I think I got used to the LG's numerous choices.

Bought for our new home in January. Wonderful product with excellent water saving features. Only issue was from Best Buy itself. They forgot a part when installing it, and it was delayed 2 weeks. It was resolved though so no harm.

I love the color, I love that technology. Samsung all the time have the best technology in their appliances.

Beautifull and great my Best Buy washer and Dory!!

Products have been great so far, from August to January 2025. The only issue I had was with the delivery drivers. Both installers seemed confused about the setup. But, it was installed correctly after a few attempts.

I love it so far! Very nice touch screen and my clothes feel really clean after a wash. Nice size drum too!

I NEVER post reviews, but I'm posting this to say the poor reputation that Samsung washers carry is 100% valid. Before I purchased this washer and matching dryer set just over 2 years ago, I told myself not to listen to the negative reviews people have posted, because those are just rare circumstances or people just not taking the time to do the routine maintenance of the units...well I was WRONG! Just over 1 year from purchasing, the washer's tub ball bearing has failed not once, but TWICE since purchasing. Dryer has give me no problems at all. I never overfill the washer, always follow manufacturer recommendations on usage and upkeep, and the washer even reminds you to do those things. Because of the placement of the tub bearing, the cost to repair this is just as expensive as a brand new unit, minus $45. I'm not a washer/dryer enthusiast by any means, but this Samsung washer is NOT THE ONE!
