I think this happens to all front loaders. Never had to do any such thing for my old top load washer in all the years I had it.

Beautiful appearance and the main thing in the lightest way it washes the clothes very well and in the heaviest way, in addition to washing well, it doesn't damage the clothes, it doesn't wear out the clothes, this was very important for our family! I don't like inverted doors so I bought this one you make good use of the space without having to move the items.

Absolutely loved it and it’s worth purchasing honestly. No hold times for calling total tech as well but definitely worth it.

Best Buy does not allow you to use your old one. This is very wasterful and Best Buy should consider enviornmental friendly resuse options. Also they require you to buy a hose without knowing how long of a hose you need. Again, more waste. Plus the installed couldn't install the machine bc he didn't have any other hose sizes with him.

It was an amazing update to our previous washer. Only negative is I've noticed that some of the letting and the power symbol are starting to come off after only a few months of usage.

Top loader I'm on my toes getting socks out of the washer. I ordered the pedestal. That helped I don't have to bend to put the clothes in the washer.
