I probably had it on the wrong setting.

I just don't understand why it didn't clean our clothes well. No matter what i do, and unless i put it on the heaviest load setting, with the most spins,rinses, and hottest temp, it won't even come close!!! What am i doing wrong?? I don't over load it either. My boyfriend is an appliance repair man and he says the front loaders are the worst ever! Ughhh. Super frustrated.
