Only having had older washers and dryers, this jump in technology was a breath of fresh air. Considering, all of our other appliances are Samsung, it just seemed like a natural choice. It's runs like a dream. Incredibly quiet. Power friendly (bills went down a tad) and great capacity. Very happy with the combo.

I love my washer! It’s absolutely perfect. At first I thought, oops should have gotten a smaller size. I was wrong. The 4.5 has enough room for my comforters, sheets and blankets. Love how super quiet it is when running. I can do laundry at night and not wake up the house. The matching dryer is fantastic too.

Great Washer - have only had for 2 months. Looks great and runs quietly. Minimal vibration on heavier loads.

So far, I have washed several loads in this machine. I like the quietness of the machine and the anti-vibration option. It has a fabric softened, liquid or powder soap dispenser and a liquid bleach dispenser all in one pull-out drawer. Love it. This is my first front-load washer ever and so far I love it.

My new Samsung washing machine is working GREAT. It is so easy to program, hoping to get many good years with it. I would like to commend the sales associate 'Lucas M.' who was without a doubt the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. His is an asset to the sales team at the Myrtle Beach Best Buy. I will defiantly look for him should I need another major appliance soon.

Great machine, silent and very efficient. The front door could be stronger, just got a hatch after something beating it, but not affecting the functions.

I've had this unit for 14 months now and not one problem. I had two sets of whirlpool, top load and front load and both failed several times within 2 years so I gave up and switched to Samsung. I'm not disappointed! Quiet, fast and efficient!

Loving my Samsung washer! Works perfectly, is fairly quiet when operating, and great price! Love that there are no "smart features" too - the washer does what I tell it to do, vs. "sensing" which creates problems. Love this unit - highly recommend!

Washer works well. No issues as of yet but its less than a month old. Only reason its only its a 4 star is they delivered it a month before delivering the pedestal to mount. Once the pedestal came in, they did not install them. Really stupid.

It’s very easy to use and it washes much quicker than the top loader washer I had, it uses less water and cleans the clothes better then the top load washer did, it’s quiet and easy to use

Does a great job washing the clothes. It is also pretty quiet, and balances the load for smoother spinning. I find the preset cycles are not as useful as the old fashioned Whites, Colors, Darks cycles. Every time I want to wash Dark clothes I need to choose Normal and then manually adjust the water temperature. Also the manual does not explain information I want to know, such as what is the Rinse temp on each cycle? Is the Rinse always just cold water, or if I put the wash temp on a hot temp is the Rinse warm? Also what do the Steam cycles really do -- more info would be appreciated. I can't answer about the WiFi feature because I never use it.

A lot of capacity and very quiet. I Guess we didn't measure the space because it's too deep so we cannot close our laundry room door. But that doesn't matter because it's extremely quiet.
