I was so nervous to make this purchase but I am so glad that I finally did! Laundry is fun again! Everyone in my house is obsessed… even our teenagers. Does an excellent job. We shouldn’t have waited so long to get rid of our old washer and dryer. We have a small laundry room and having these stacked really freed up so much space. Beautiful color as well.

This gorgeous washer has been amazing. I love the features, it’s efficient & user friendly. Also loved the Best Buy delivery service was literally 15 min, in & out! I’m very happy with my purchase & highly recommend!

I have this stacked with the matching dryer, and got lucky that they just barely fit. This works very well so far and has a lot of options. Only negative is the same with all front load washers, they start to smell if you leave the door closed.

I bought both the washer and dryer in this set, and I couldn't be happier, I only slightly regret not paying for installation, but we were able to get them in place, stacked up and working with little issue.

The Samsung washer machine is very nice looking. Even under heavy loads it still washes everything thoroughly. The washer came with a long drain tube suitable for different types of applications. Fast and efficient!

I live this washer and dryer set. Ive had no problems at all they clean my clothes great my only issue is the thing shakes my entire house on high spin so im trying to get the pedestals to see if it helps any with the leveling

So far this has been an incredible purchase. I love how it notifies you of completed cycles and even connects to my samsung TV and tells us onscreen when cycle is done so we dont “forget”. Wash is great amd many cycles to choose from.

While moving, I searched and ended up purchasing it. I was satisfied because the experts installed and tested it perfectly. The price is also satisfactory, and the performance is good. If you can't get a stacker part from Besty Buy inventory, go get one from other store like Lowe's. You must stack them! It's awesome!

Ive had no issues with this washer and dryer set. Its pretty, efficient, works well with the app. Ive heard it get a little loud up on my 3rd floor laundry room but nothing concerning. Put it on stackers if you dont want to bend too low. Overall great purchase.

I like the way it looks, easy to use. Many different settings to choose from. We have even been able to wash our comforters at home instead of having to go to the laundry mat. We have ours on a pedestal, it is great for my wife she is short and was having trouble reaching down into the old washer and hurting herself to get the clothes out.

I’m oddly obsessed with this set just because of how well the washer cleans the clothes and it uses so much less water than a top load washer I also appreciate the moisture sensor on the dryer when you select the normal cycle it will power off when the clothes are dry no matter the remaining time left this washer is also designed to use less detergent I feel as if they came at a fair cost as well I also really admire how the washer Dosent walk forward it’s nerve wracking when washers walk forward but this one handles the clothes pretty well

Since I’ve purchased them, both washer and dryer. I haven’t had any issues, with either one, and I shouldn’t they were $1,585.00 for both! Anyway I haven’t had them long enough to say anything negative. They are new and work amazing and we’re installed properly! The washer makes no noise not even when it spins! Nor does it vibrate like other washing machines And when the washer and dryer are both done doing there job, a cute musical chime comes on and lets you know it’s time to take the clothes out. Overall both machines work amazing and work well if you use them properly.

Great Washer and very affordable. Just keep it clean and drain the water from time to time and it works great.

I absolutely love my champagne color Samsung front loader ans gas dryer, second Samsung set, had the red before. Best Buy had everything in stock, including my matching pedestals. With conscience delivery team who were careful with unloading and install. GO with Best Buy.

I bought theses both because it was a great price. Open box item. I know it sounds iffy. But there was nothing wrong with theses items. Not even a dent. I loved the color. So i just went with it. Im glad i did there so quite. They are very modern

Love my new washer! My second Samsung from load washer & im not disappointed .Get the insurance! My last one broke down literally right before the 5 year mark & I didn’t have the insurance so I had to come by another one .
