needed a certain size for a stackable closet solution. These worked great. Very stylish and a good price at the time. I recommend.

The machines are very good and wash your clothes well. The only problem that I have about the it is that the dryer does dry the heavy clothers once you have to put it in for at least two time or three

I got a washer from a different store and a different brand, when it spins it moves and vibrate so much that it pops the door open and mess up and scratch my floor. So, when I got this brand at BestBuy, at first, I was scared it was going to do the same thing, but it's been amazing, low noise, less vibration, I can load my washer and not be bordered. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Was looking to maximize our laundry room space by replacing our 5-year Kenmore Elite upright washer and dryer (still in excellent working condition) with a pair of stackable side loader washer and dryer with the same capacity of our existing machines. Came across this Samsung stackable washer (with its “matching” dryer set). It has been a month and these machines are fantastic. The wash takes half the time to complete and it’s quiet compared to our old machines! They dryer has a little tune when the drying is done. Delivery and installation were timely and professional. We are please with our purchase.

This is a nice little washer. It has good capacity for bedding, nice chimes, and good washing options. My only gripe is the washer door seal. It’s no worse than any other typical front-loader. But I wish they would redesign them to prevent standing water and mold growth. I’m religiously diligent about wiping the entire basket and seal (every fold, nook, and cranny!) dry after a session of washing to combat that issue. I also sprinkle Borax under, over, and around the seal to prevent mold. So far, no mold…

I love this washer! It makes my clothes feel good and smell good. It's also quiet. I love the music it plays when the wash is complete. I am very happy.

I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

Works great, very easy to use, and I love all of the settings. Heads up for shorter people, if you're 5'2 or under, you may need a step stool to reach the dryer settings on the stacked unit.

This dryer is dope af! Never have to worry about my clothes coming out wet because of the moisture sensor
