I've had this washer for almost a year and I have to say it had taken me a while to get use to a front load washer. Overall experience has been good

So far so great! Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

I went instore to buy the washer but there was none in stock, that was fine, the gentleman who was assisting me was very informative and kind and patient. I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

Stackable washer saves a lot of room in our apartment. Easy to use, consistent same operating logic of Samsung washer. The installation team was professional and efficient!

The washer does a good job cleaning the clothes. I wish there was a control that allows extra water to be added, if needed.

Recently purchase and so far so good. Very low sound and cleans very well.

First time buying samsung brand and it is good. Less energy use and less the washing time like it alot. Also the bestbuy associate that helped was helpful and answered all the questions well. Gilroy California Bestbuy great bestbuy store also.

First time having a front loader, and I absolutely love it. All the features combined with the ease of use, love love love it!!!! Went in just to check out our options and the salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Love that I can be in another room and receive notifications that my wash is done. Can honestly say this was a great purchase for the price!

I love this washer! It makes my clothes feel good and smell good. It's also quiet. I love the music it plays when the wash is complete. I am very happy.

Mostly user error that it messed up. REMOVE THE LITTLE NUTS. Just read the instructions carefully because leaving in just one wrong thing could completely make it off balance. Also if you are wondering about getting a podium do it. The podium will help to balance it.

Was looking to maximize our laundry room space by replacing our 5-year Kenmore Elite upright washer and dryer (still in excellent working condition) with a pair of stackable side loader washer and dryer with the same capacity of our existing machines. Came across this Samsung stackable washer (with its “matching” dryer set). It has been a month and these machines are fantastic. The wash takes half the time to complete and it’s quiet compared to our old machines! They dryer has a little tune when the drying is done. Delivery and installation were timely and professional. We are please with our purchase.
