Very good washer. Fast and quiet. It removes so much of the water on final spin our dryer does not have to run as long as before. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Couldn’t wait to get rid of a Whirlpool washer that was absolutely horrible. For what it cost it should have been better. This is the 3rd Samsung & I LOVE IT!!!

Really good product at all not issue with any of them

I was skeptical of purchasing and electric dryer, as I’ve heard bad reviews on it’s efficiency to completely dry clothing. I do have to say there is a trick to it, do not over load with bulky items, if you do make to use it on time dry , also if you are drying a small load ( 1 item ) use time dry as the sensor will think there is nothing and shut off the dryer. When drying my sheets( duvet) i do have to run a cycle at least twice but that’s the same with gas dryers. But did the most part my regular load all dry well on the normal setting !

Simple to use for basic users, has all the options needed for cleaning the clothes without unneeded extras (and cost). Quiet.

This was my second Samsung front load washer and I love them. This one is the newer version of the one I previously had. I love all of the features it has, especially the Vibration Reduction...this thing stays planted. The biggest complaint I have is that the fabric softener load spot tends to stay full of water once the wash cycle is done and you have to pull the tray out to drain the water for the next load. I've gotten used to it and it's become a normal part of my laundry process. It's a great machine for the money and very efficient.

Very big and quiet. My wife likes it very much. Highly recommend it.

Pros - spin cycle really get the water out of the clothes. Easy to use controls. Efficient soap use. Looks great. Cons - None at this time

Just bought this washer and I'm very pleased right now so far. I researched this particular one and was happy that it looks Great! Works Great! so far. It goes well with my older dryer that still works. I also didn't want one that had tons of features that I don't need. Very pleased. I also got the best deal at "Best Buy"! Thanks again for another wonderful buy! I'll be purchasing again in the near future!

This dryer is amazing. It is very quiet and dries and half the time of my previous dryer. The lint tray is the easiest one to clean that I’ve ever had. Well designed and a beautiful machine.

Well, it's brand new/shiney gas dryer and operates fine. My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts

So far so extremely good buy. Still getting familiar with dial but the basic set up does a great job. Worth every Penney AND the installation techs were very courteous, efficient and friendly. BB comes through again for us.

The delivery guys were great however the machine was damaged. They got us to contact Best Buy for an amount off. However, the money did not show up. It took two hours on the phone for them to finally tell us we could get a Best Buy gift card. We are still waiting on that.
