We got scammed on a used set of washer and dryers made by GE. They had tons of issues. Ponied up and paid for these things and it was the best decision. Super quiet and the smart controls are awesome. Ill never forget to change a load out again

The washer had a really bad rubber smell when we first got it. Additionally, the clothes didn't smell good. I ran a self clean on it, and that seems to have taken care of it. Other than that, it is a really nice machine. Would be nice if the door was reversible but there are work arounds for that.

I have no idea why this machine was so inexpensive, it is really awesome. I’ve had it for a few months and I love its functionality and it does a great job washing the clothes as well as wringing them out. Best part? Surprisingly excellent drop off of service. They were on time, friendly and efficient. $25 they set it up perfectly and took my old appliance away. Great deal all around

The built-in control process to balance a load that has larger and heavy items (e.g., towels, jeans) uses alternating left - right rotations of the washer drum; but it is inconsistent. Some loads will wrongly distribute the heavier items during the spin cycle such that the washer violently shakes almost enough to break open the washer door. The locked door holds, but nothing on top of the washer can stay without falling off. The contractor hired by Best Buy installed the washer and this problem has occurred on multiple uses of this washer since new. Will have the warranty claim cover a repair or replacement, as needed, after one more month of use to see if it gets better.

This is the only washer I've ever had that you cannot store anything on top, the spin will shake it off. Also, it is noisy when spinning. We purchased a Samsung 4.5 front loading washer & dryer in mid-July. We complained that the spin cycle was rough. Best Buy promptly replaced the washer, mid August. We didn't ask for a replacement, Best Buy just swapped & we got another Samsung 4.5 front loading washer, same model and features. (Good Job BB!) However, same harsh spin cycle. Best Buy sent a tech. Tech basically said 'That's normal' for this model. He ran the spin cycle on the highest setting and it was relatively less agitated but we don't want all our clothes on high spin. Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly but offered no solutions to the spin vibrations. I gave the review 2 stars because it plays a happy song when it finishes washing.

So far it's cleaned the clothes and towels just great. It's pretty quiet.

Love my washer. It works perfectly. When I bought I was afraid of the loud noise which usually comes with such a device, but that was not the case it works with no noticeable sound. Love it.

This dryer is the most smartest one in the market. Amazing thing is the smart drying process which not only dries the clothes but also prevents it from wrinkles. Would definitely recommend this machine.

I love my new washer i've had it for 6mo. And it does the job. I like that i can use the app and that it alerts me when it done.
