I returned both the washer and dryer. With in the first week the washer got stuck on the spin cycle.. I thought it might be a one time thing but it did it again and then it started getting real loud during the spin cycle. It was in my window to return and I was not going to take a chance on keeping them. Also the amount of water left in the door seal and the door seemed flimsy.. just did not think this was going to last very long.

Washer was good. not the greatest, but good for the price.

This is a great appliance appliance it uses less water and it washes more thoroughly. I don't know if it's just in my head, but the clothes even feel softer.

Washer unit bought for apartment with tight space and it's perfect. The stackable feature save a lot of space. The unit its less noisy than my last washer. Even on full spin it's good. So far so good.

Love, love the new washer. The clothes came out so clean, I was beside myself and kept looking for more clothes to wash. I recommend this washer to anyone.

Good units. Wish there was more talk about how the install would go. I have them assemblers and plugged in but I can’t use the dryer for ventilation reasons. Works great just was t expecting to just be left. But all is good. I was bummed with that, but the units are awesome ! Can’t beat ‘em for the price

This is great, especially for the money. It has less options than I am used to but it more than gets the job done and does so quietly. My one complaint is that most of the cycles are longer than my old electrolux. I probably wouldn't have bought it if covid had not caused shortages on so many models but I'm glad I did.

The tech that installed my new Samsung washer was very informative as he brought to my attention my water valves in my laundry room possibly needed to be checked out. He pointed out to me that to they were very worn as they were actually looking green with growth was on the valves. He explained to me that I could get a leak if they haven’t already started to leak somewhere and recommended to have someone look at it. I did and they were ready to burst any day now, whew! getting them replaced . Thanks Best Buy you sent me the right technician

This wash machine is one of the best for the price. I love this machine, it cleans so well and it’s quiet.

I am very happy to choose this washing machine. It is very quiet when working. I chose the champagne color. The color is very beautiful. There is a special price when I buy it.

The washer is easy to operate but it does have more vibration during the spin than expected considering it is supposed to have Vibration Reduction Technology.
