I am also NOT a fan that every couple of weeks it forces itself into Self-Clean mode which takes 4 hours to complete and a ton of water!!! I would save your money and get a hotpoint for half the money.

We understand how you feel about the washer's weight and the Self-Clean feature. Let us help.
After every 40 cycles, the Self-Clean icon appears for an hour and then turns off automatically. The icon will appear for five more cycles, turn off, and will not appear for another 40 cycles.
You may refer to page 40 of the user manual for more details about the Self-Clean feature.

Ordered the dryer and it had all the features we need. The install team did a great job. Took the time to remove the old one, prepped the area and installed it fast. Team took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all features and tested it. Works well.

The last one worked for 8 yrs straight until I had some electrical issues but thats another thing. Definitely this washer is the one!!!
