It was installed by hardworking staff and very professional with their work. It works very well and we have no complain so far at this stage.

I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer. Once I remodel my laundry room this thing is going to sparkle.

It's ridiculous for this to happen! See pictures Looking at other reviews, other customers had the same problem! Samsung doesn't stand behind their products nor will to compensate their customers for a common problem right after warranty expires No more Samsung washers DO NOT BUY!!!

Known Control Panel DEFECT

The letters and numbers are wiping right off the control panel, as if they’re written with marker. Samsung customer service said “make sure my hands are dry before using” and “not a defect”. I see online forums mentioning this same problem dating back to 2017. Is this their fingerprint resistant technology!? How insulting that this multi billion dollar company tell it’s consumers it’s our own fault for using a washing machine with wet hands!
