Took some getting used to but have come to love this machine. Even the musical tones are looked forward to now. Don’t forget to run your maintenance cycle after the first 20 hours!

The washer is very quiet, uses the right amount of water and easy to work. The installer Steven and Steven did a great job and went above and beyond and even put them on rollers for me.

At first they thought that it would be difficult for them but once installed it was east for them to learn. They had really outdated washer and dryer before this so this is a big upgrade for them and they are happy.

However, geek squard never came to relocate it to proper location. So i returned open box one and got new one instead. This one is so quiet and doesn't vibrate much as my old one.
