Great washer with ease of use settings. It washes clothes faster than my previous washer. This allows me to get more done within a day.

Great washer and dryer set and price. Ordered online and when it came in only tookwbout 15 minutes to pick up.

My old LG had handle points on side. This one doesn't. And it is heavy. As a result it was a struggle to get into the pan. Warning there are sharp metal screws pointing down and if you try to lift underneath they will slice your finger. I know. Blood everywhere plus a visit to the doctor for closing the wound (my finger prints will never be the same). My old LG had a nice plastic cover on bottom so this would never be a problem. Otherwise it is a nice system; Washes the clothes just fine. Only complaint is there is no prewash drawer to add Borax - this is important with 3 hockey players gear. Just plan the installation carefully if you are doing it yourself because the wait for installation is so long from Best Buy.

We just replaced it for the new model and as always Samsung delivers quality every time.

Impressive that does not make any noise, so far it has left me very clean clothes and great function that can be activated from the cell phone wash.

I love how quiet and fast each cycle is in the washer. The dryer gets super hot and drys clothes faster than the previous dryer that i had. Only down side is the long chime after eachload is complete.

We bought it open box for the 2nd time around and open box hasn’t disappointed us at all. 1st open item washer and dryer we bought 13 years ago and didn’t have to buy another washer until recently.... this one works just as great!!!

Overall, they are great washers. The only issue I have with it is that it seems to be unleveled, even though I fix the stilts at the bottom of the washer. But great washer, And I love the little chiming song when my load is finished!

Great washer! I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer. Once I remodel my laundry room this thing is going to sparkle.

Awesome washer! Washes clothes well and has a multitude of settings for anything you want to wash.

High laundry capacity. The clothes come out super clean and makes almost no noise. It connects to Wifi and helps to know in which stage of the wash is the washing machine.

I love this washer. It has a nice look and cleans very nice. Great brand.
