Great product for price. We were in a pinch as ours broke and this has been great.

We read the reviews and decided to go with this option. So far we’re not disappointed. So quiet you don’t even know it’s running!

This washer and dryer are amazing.One of the best washer and dryer I have ever owned.

It's my 2nd Samsung washer in 2 years, and the installation crews that best buy contracts out are the worst. There is zero quality control because they have these guys do 15 to 20 installs in one day. First installer didn't level the legs of the washer and since it's stacked in a closet, I wasn't going to try to attempt myself after they left. Had to have them come out again days later to level the feet, then those guys snapped the ground prong of the plug in the wall and left and didn't even tell me that they did it. I could not use the washer due to the danger of electrical shock. Now I had to have them exchange the washer for a new one days later to find out that when they came to install new one they would not be able to install the new one because of the danger of the plug broken off from previous installer. Then I had to reschedule for a 4th time days later again and replace the electrical outlet myself before they came to install new one. I will never again be purchasing from best buy, especially having something installed from them, a complete joke. Oh, and the legs are still not level which I have to still do myself now after all of that

I love the color however overall it really does a great job of cleaning my clothes. It's barely wet after the wash and not heavy. I like using the quick wash mode for smaller loads.

Price was reasonable and the unit is working well.

It was good but didn’t like the color, so I am getting the same one in black. Simple and user friendly

This fit right where the old Samsung was installed. Two guys delivered the new washer and installed it in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

Excelente product & delivery service. Manolo was awesome. he went above & beyond when my measurements were not accurate to bring the washer down to my basement. He even waited for me when I was running late for my delivery

I love the machine, however there was spot of drama around its installation. I bought the wash 9/12 and noticed there was a substantial discount if bought both. Upon receipt of said invoice I went to pay the next day and it was gone . I purchased the dryer at a $50 increase and had no idea I had to hunt for extra parts. This was disconcerting because I was told everything was taken care of when I asked about the washing machine. In the meantime the delivery ppl were in such a hurry to leave they left the trash in the middle of the floor and the top of the box hanging in my garage door. Im disabled so I called a neighbor to fix it and my friend put it back on track. After some thought I decided to return it because I wouldn’t be able to get the extra pieces and then I spoke to some angel on customer service line. She made it so I could get everything at once

The Samsung washer is The Best of the best. I do not know as far as their top loaders but front loaders they are exceptional.
