Having gone through a slew of issues with 'other brands' I eventually settled on Samsung for a Washer and Dryer Combo. I couldn't be more happy. This has been the case with other products where eventually I end up with Samsung and never look back. This washing machine is incredible in everyway possible. It honestly makes laundry easier.

This machine is highly efficient. I’m impressed with how quiet is is while washing and how good it spins out the load. I must say the highest spinner setting is too strong. But I like to know that it can go that strong in case I need to wash a heavier load than a normal. The capacity holds up a considerable big load. I would most certainly would recommend this product.

You know you're getting older when you lose track of how many washer and dryer sets you've purchased over the years. I think we are on our 4th set now. This is the best. Easy to use and clothes come out clean. My husband hates anything with a lot of selections to go through - he just wants to press start. Well, this is about that easy. For normal loads of laundry you press ON, turn the knob to the cycle you want to run, and press START. Yet there are multiple extra features and selections for those not-so-ordinary laundry items. And did I mention the buttons? Just touch them and they work. No pushing, no pressing, just lay your finger on them.

The control panel is nice, easy to understand, and works with touch sensors. The machine itself is quiet, and plays a little tune when starting the cycle and when it ends, no annoying buzzer. Those are just the nice extras. It uses much less water and detergent for a clean load. It has a large capacity, so I can throw in at least six or seven large fluffy towels in one load. The spin cycle removes much more water than my old top loader did, so the drying takes less time. I really like this machine.

Have you seen those tiktok videos with folks doing synchronized dancing to the end of cycle sound a samsung washing machine produces? Well all worth it! I actually love that sound, it’s pleasant (not a screeching sound like my GE dryer that literally puts my doodle in frenzy for hours trying to “get” the sound and possibly destroy it?!”) That sound is long enough also which is very helpful for someone like me who’s a busy body with a washing machine in a different floor (often forgotten if not for that sound). Which leads me to how quiet it is - except for when it’s super filled with towels, there’s that second to last spin before it’s done, which can get a bit loud, but still very much worth it for me. The size it’s perfect for our small laundry room, which is located right next to our bedroom, on the second floor. Again, still the quietest machine I have owned thus far, and I have been washing clothes since 1997, when I was handed the laundry duty, by my mother, at the age of 17 :) I haven’t tried its smart features, but honestly, not really have to - the selections on the machine are all the variety I need. I have tried almost all of them, and they work as intended. Self-cleaning is an awesome feature, especially for a house like ours with a boy who plays travel baseball and two dogs. I use it often, especially during busy seasons. The whites cycle works really well, with just a min amount of tide and chlorine (the smell of chlorine makes me sneeze so I use very little). The results are the same, and I tribute that to the machine. It self-regulates the amount of water it uses based on the load, which saves on water, also. The hybrid (touch screen and the rotating nob) it’s also better for me than just all touch screen. You can use the touch screen to customize the cycle, but with just one turn of the nob you can get all you need. It makes it husband and teenager proof :) Now that’s a smart machine :) The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get the dryer of this pair (because I had gotten a different dryer only a few month before). But I definitely plan to stick with this product on my next round. If you are in market for one - get it - you won’t regret it.

I purchased this unit for a rental property and I wash I kept it for myself! It’s beautiful and fits a lot of laundry inside!! It’s great!

We have had this washer for 1.5 years, after my 20+ year old inherited workhorse finally spun its last spin. I love it! Saves water, get our clothes clean, and is very quiet. We keep the door open when not in use; I wipe down the door and hatch seals and drain/clean the filter once a month or as needed. Also, we clean the in-door filter after each wash, just like our dryer. we have had NO issues with the washer getting funky. Very happy with this purchase!

great product, very silent while washing. nice design and color.

So far so good. Not thrilled with not being able to shut off the noises it makes (every time you press a button). Not thrilled with the "delay end", but that's because I'm used to "delay start". Overall very quiet, washes well, doesn't smell, lots of choices for temperature/spin speed/dirt level. Super easy to use.

Honestly, I’d wash myself in this washer if I could. That’s a bit of an understatement really. This washer does everything I need it to do. It washes my clothes and anything else I need to perfection. Starting it and ending it from my phone is a gamechanger. No more forgetting to start the washer or forgetting when it’s done. It’s all right there where I need it to be.

This is a plus plus plus machine. Quiet efficient roomy with lots of options. Need to wash you comforter or blanket they have your number. Delicates this machine has a light touch for your fancy stuff. Everyday washing this is a work horse well worth it.
